Lot lizard is a prostitute at a truck stop. It is one of the lower rungs of the sex industry hierarchy. The term was popularized by the book Sarah which is a fictional account of the life of a truck stop prostitute. Police report that lot lizards also engage in pickpocketing, stealing wallets and other petty crimes.
