Defunct channels and networks
- Mega TV (1995-2001), shut down as it could not compete against Astro's stiff competition.
- Metrovision (1994-1999), shut down and then brought back as 8TV
- Channel 9 (Malaysia) (2003-2005), shut down and brought back as TV9 (Malaysia)
