Bill French (born 1941, United States), known under his pseudonym as Bill Warner, is a writer whose most known works are on his opposition to the ideology of Political Islam rather than the religion of Islam. He is the founder of Center for the Study of Political Islam. He is cited by the Southern Poverty Law Center as one of the top 10 Anti-Muslim members A former Tennessee State University physics professor, he is described as "using math to prove Islam is evil" He was described by the Canadian Citizens For Charter Rights And Freedoms as "a highly respected expert on political Islam." His publications focus on the political aspects of Islamic doctrine related to Non-Muslims (Kafirs). In an effort to educate the masses and make the doctrine easily understood, he authored fifteen books, including the Amazon bestseller, “Sharia Law for Non-Muslims”, published in 20 languages. Warner has published numerous articles on the topic of political Islam and is a prolific video blogger with over 150 videos dedicated to commentary and education on this subject. His video, “Why We Are Afraid”, has millions of views. His books are based on the premise that Islam as a religion, and Political Islam as a recipe for how to act and implement legal regulations should be clearly delineated. Islam as a faith is an individual’s private decision and it should be treated with respect and tolerance. On the other hand, Political Islam is a collection of instructions intended for all people, and are intended to function as a mode of governance. He set out to organize Islamic doctrine in a manner that would be easily understood by the average person. Applying Simple statistical methods to the Islamic doctrinal texts Warner asserts:

• Islam is far more of a political system than a religion.

• There is no unmitigated good in Islam for the non-Muslim (Kafir).

• Islam's ethical system is dualistic and is not based on the Golden Rule.

• Islamic doctrine cannot be reconciled with our concepts of human rights and our Constitution.

• The great majority, 96%, of all Islamic doctrine about women subjugates them.

• The Sunna (what Mohammed did and said) is more important than the Koran in a Muslim's daily life.

Biography

Warner graduated from North Carolina State University where he got his PhD. in physics and mathematics in 1968. After the September 11th Attacks, he decided to make Islamic texts more accessible to the public. He claims that he gained a knowledge of Islam by studying all the relevant Islamic texts from the time he was 30 years old.

Political Islam

In his works, Warner does not address opinions of individual Muslims concerning Non-Muslims but only the relationship between Islamic doctrine and Non-believers. He narrows his focus to the part of Islam which is related to Non-believers - Kafirs. He calls this part of Islam ”Political Islam“. Its goal, according to Warner, is to dominate over all things and the entire world should submit to its rules. Warner shows contradictions between the Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in Islam and western freedoms which are contained in innumerable documents such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights from 1948. Bill Warner does not consider Political Islam to be compatible with the system of the western world“.

He considers Islam to be the most intricately composed political system of all time. It includes all aspects of human life – starting with food and drink, continuing with personal hygiene, clothing, family constitution, the rhythm of the day set by prayers, organisation of a state and municipalities, business, finance, war, peace, individual life and human relations, and ending with relations with Kafirs – i.e. with people who have other beliefs or are Non-believers. He think that every conceivable tool is employed in its spread or jihad. Jihad is not only violent and aggressive; conquering with sword is only one of its four aspects – the most visible and, for this reason, perhaps the least dangerous.

Events

A "Homeland Security Summit" organised by Republican gubernatiorial candidate Mae Beavers to take place at Trevecca Nazarene University in January 2018 was cancelled by the university after the speakers, who included Warner, were described as a "who's who of Islamophobes" by the Council on American–Islamic Relations.
