Doctor's Advocate is a 2006 album by West Coast rapper The Game released November 14. Doctor's Advocate is The Game's sophomore album and is a reference to rap pioneer Dr. Dre who essentially "found" The Game, according to The Game himself. The album has many of the same producers that his first album did, including Kanye West and Just Blaze. In contrast to his debut, this album features no production from Aftermath CEO and famed hip-hop producer Dr. Dre, although longtime Dre collaborator Scott Storch produced two songs on the album.

The album was originally intended by The Game to be released on June 6, 2006. It had been delayed several times for further work. Since then, The Game has switched from his former label, Aftermath Entertainment to Geffen Records in order to eliminate his contractual obligations to 50 Cent's G-Unit Records, although the label is still under the Interscope Records distribution label. The Doctor's Advocate had no input from Dr. Dre because The Game did not want rappers with whom he had beef with saying that the success of the album was only due to Dre's involvement. The Game addresses the situation on the album's title track, "Doctor's Advocate."
