Note from page-owner : The "WANNA BE ADOPTED" message originally featured a graphic which contained a notice to the effect that the sender wished me to be his "servant", which explains part of my comment. The graphic was removed, without my knowledge/permission.

Adoption

Yes, I see your point. You are certainly not obligated to accept an "adoption" offer. If you would like to possibly participate (I know it's a split infinitive, whatever) in such an arrangement, you can check out WP:ADOPT where there are lots of other editors with technical knowledge willing to "adopt" a new user. -- ßott e siηi 15:58, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

Thanks - it was a good edit. The plot section you've started is OK, I think, and doesn't need much adding to, but I may get back to it at some point. If you don't mind, I'm going to transfer this conversation to the book's Talk page, seeing as one doesn't exist as yet. Thanks again.

Messing with your talkpage

Sorry for messing your talkpage, I should have said clearly why I removed the template put there by Walter H. The template also added your Username to a list of users who wanted to Adopt in the Adopt-a-User Program,

In the case of not getting a positive response - this is a criticism of Walter H, who by pushing the Adoption issue in his own special way will, in my humble opinion (IMHO) deter people from the program.
