She is known for her role as Rosemary Telesco in the film Little Manhattan. She also played the part of Belinda, a victim of an underage prostitution ring, in episode 8x07 of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Born in New York City, New York, she is the younger sister of filmmaker Jackson Waite of California.

Charlie was born in New York where she currently lives with her Mom and Dad. She was born as Charlotte. She picked up the nickname Charlie when she was studying Hip-hop in Martha`s Vineyard. Her teacher called her Charlie Brooker which stuck. She started taking dance lessons at the age of 3. She studies Ballet, Jazz, and Hip-hop. She had beaten AnnaSophia Robb at the part of Rosemary in ].
