Royal Rumble 2007 was the twentieth annual Royal Rumble professional wrestling pay-per-view event from World Wrestling Entertainment. It was held on January 28, 2007 at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas. The official theme song for the event was "Drones" by Rise Against.
This marked the first time the new ECW brand would participate in the Royal Rumble match. The winner could have a title shot at WrestleMania for the ECW World Championship, as well as for the WWE Championship or the World Heavyweight Championship. However, with the inclusion of ECW for the first time this year, there is an uneven share between the brands (with 13 RAW wrestlers, 10 SmackDown! wrestlers and 7 ECW wrestlers), unlike previous Royal Rumble matches with equal split RAW and SmackDown! wrestlers.
