Fair Use Template

I don't appreciate your accusations that my templates were meant to attack you. Hell, I've never even talked to you before. I feel that their should be a template for users who prefer fair use images and not just free images. Sorry, I am new. Now I am logged in. So, same question -- why was the entry for Mark McCloud deleted? Can it be restored? May I view/fix the deleted text? Here is the delete log info:
