Zori Balayan is a contemporary Armenian writer and publicist. His work "Ojagh" became a thesis for revival of inter-ethnic strife over the Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, which ultimately resulted in 1991-1994 Armenian-Azerbaijani war and 30,000 fatalities on both sides. Zori Balayan is currently in search by Interpol at the request of Azerbaijan.
