Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) is the third largest political party of Pakistan and the second largest political party in the southern province of Sindh. It was formally transformed into 'Muttahida Quami Movement' on July 26 1997, previously known as the 'Mohajir Quami Movement.' The party is led by Mr Altaf Hussain, who is accused of ruling the party in a fascist Hetler style.

According to the MQM point of view the party was formed to further the programme of national development and a nation-wide campaign against the feudal domination of the Pakistani society. But is accused for its alleged acts of terror, violence, robbery, killings of it opponents and sometimes killing of its own members, including the party's chairman Azeem Ahmed Tariq, to get political gains.
