The outpost was built in 1546 by the Ottomans who called it Ciğerdelen Parkan or simply Parkan, and existed until 1686. The later name can be used describing the castle. ). The present address (URL) is a permanent link to this revision, which may differ significantly from the current revision.

Kokot was a settlement and castle in present-day Štúrovo, near Nové Zámky, Slovakia, destroyed in 1543 during an Ottoman invasion.
