2006-08-17 he abused his admin rights. He violated WP:DEL

Please do not accuse me of abusing my admin privileges simply because you do not agree with my actions, please assume good faith. I have been trying to get all the provinces in a consistent naming pattern wherever possible. Please read Misplaced Pages:Manual of Style (Philippine-related articles)#Provinces. The names usually refer to the provinces, nothing else. I patterned this after the US States. Take a look at Hawaii (disambiguation) or other states. If you are not happy with this, then we can put this up for a vote to reach consensus. In the mean time, I will be reverting your reverts. Not the place to do this

It is here: Misplaced Pages:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents. And when you disagree with an admin and s/he reverts what you've done, that is still NOT abuse. Work towards consensus. If you fail to get consensus, or if your idea isn't applied, and an admin pursues the idea by the community, ypu shouldn't cry foul and say vandalism and/or abuse. --Howard the Duck 06:01, 18 August 2006 (UTC)
