Info box

@MSport1005 @Rpo.castro In my opinion, the info box should be kept. Just because the infobox is titled "WEC Race" doesn't mean it's usage should be limited to non WEC Races (Le Mans is a WEC race after all) The facts that "This is not like any other WEC race. Almost half the entry is invitational, LMP2 is non-WEC, and class winners are often non-WEC entrants." become irrelevant 1. Because of my previous point and 2. because the info box adds useful information (that "Le Mans races" doesn't) i.e race winner, pole position etc. An info box is there too provide info easily. The Grand Prix race report box is used on all F1 races, why can't WEC race be used on all WEC races. SimplyLouis27 (talk) 21:17, 13 June 2024 (UTC)

Perhaps this should be discussed at Misplaced Pages talk:WikiProject Motorsport as it is quite a large and (in my opinion important) part of the article. SimplyLouis27 (talk) 21:27, 13 June 2024 (UTC)
