Nubcake, otherwise known as a n00b or a noob or a newbie. They all mean the same thing but Nubcake is sometimes thought to be more insulting than newbie. What Nubcake is saying is that it is a "Cake" or a type of food eaten by noobs or newbies. This can be very insulting, use at your own risk.
