Retrieve page Payset

Hey, could you please elaborate on why do you think the article is promotional and should be instantly deleted? I've provided ample references to back up everything that's written, including public data from UK government websites. I don't know how that can not be a valid source. If the article needs further editing, by all means, let me know, but it doesn't merit a page deletion. If the phrasing was a problem, again - let me know and I will fix it.
