Judah]] extended to Hijaz before 586 BCE. My edits were right as the phrase "Jews established a state in northern Hijaz" must be "Judahites established a state in Northern Hijaz". Change of a Judaism-related article
@Significa liberdade, that change I want for this article is the change of the phrase "The German orientalist Ferdinand Wüstenfeld believed that the Jews established a state in northern Hejaz" to "the German orientalist Ferdinand Wüstenfeld believed that the Judahites established a state in northern Hejaz" cuz word "Jew" obscures not just Biblical meaning of Arabic* "Al-Yahud (يهود)", but that it leaves one with the idea that Judaism came to Saudi Arabia since 587 BC or 70 AD, but not before that. Any thoughts? 142.114.232.94 (talk) 00:53, 10 December 2024 (UTC)

- @Significa liberdade, a change in article 'Yemeni Jews' is that "King Solomon sent Jewish merchant marines to Yemen to prospect for gold and silver with which to adorn his Temple in Jerusalem" must become "King Solomon sent Judahite and Israelite merchant marines to Yemen to prospect for gold and silver with which to adorn his Temple in Jerusalem".
- I want this edit cuz certain Yemeni legends and traditions prove that its Judaism can be traced to the Queen of Sheba's visit to Kingdom of Jude!* Although it is true that Himyar was Judaized in the 3rd century, there were Judahites in the Yemen (South Arabia). 142.114.232.94 (talk) 21:37, 10 December 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you for your response! On Misplaced Pages, we have to provide information based on what the cited sources state. In this case, the sentence you provide is verified by Ken Blady's book Jewish Communities in Exotic Places, which does not mention the phrase "Judahite". - Yes, the word "jew" exists, even in the KJV and Ken Blady's book, but it's use in the Bible is a shorthand/country code top-level domain of Jude.
- So, when "Solomon sent Jewish merchant marines to Yemen to prospect for gold and silver with which to adorn his Temple in Jerusalem", it meant "Solomon sent Judahite merchant marines to Yemen to prospect for gold and silver with which to adorn his Temple in Jerusalem" 142.114.232.94 (talk) 02:20, 11 December 2024 (UTC)

is English form of French word "Juive/Giu" (Ju) - contraction of "Judaeus/Iūdaeus" - the Latin way, "Ioudāios/Ioūḏāios (Ἰουdaῖος)" - a Hellenist form of "Iehûdi/Yehūḏi (יְהוּדִי)" - a derivative of "Jehudah (Iehūdâ/Yehûḏâh) - יְהוּדָה".- Thereby, "JEW" is a CCTLD of Historic Judah, whenever it's used in the KJV.

Change History of the Jews in Spain and History of the Jews in Sardinia
@Significa liberdade, change the statement "the earliest significant Jewish presence in the Iberian Peninsula is generally traced back to the first centuries CE, when the region, known to the Romans as Hispania, was part of the Roman Empire.." in History of the Jews in Spain to "the earliest significant Judahite presence in Iberian Peninsula is traced back to the first centuries CE and before in the time of David". See the article https://british-israel.us/199.html on this. Also in this article you will see that the "Toledo" is a way of "Toledot" or "Toledos" - generations. Why does the article not quote Tacitus: "Some say that Judahites were fugitives from the island of Crete, who settled on the nearest coast of AFRIKA about the time when Saturn was driven from his throne by the power of Jupiter . Evidence of this is sought in the name. There is a famous mountain in Crete called Ida; the neighboring tribe, the Idaei, came to be called Judaei by a barbarous lengthening of the national name (Tacitus, The Histories, Book 5, sec. 2, Great Books of the Western World, 1952, Vol. 15).. Also, the article History of the Jews in Sardinia forgot to mention that Israelite and Judahite presence there. If these articles were unbiased, how it's not inclusive of so-called "opposing" viewpoints?".
Revelation 2:9 does not say "those who say they're jews", but "those who say they're Judahites, but are Satan's Synagogue". Goin by tis criteria, the "samaritans" fit it. Source: 142.114.232.94 (talk) 19:14, 15 December 2024 (UTC)

Caer
In the article, Caer, the words that have to be added are: "there is a Hebrew term "Kiryah" meaning city or township, from the root "Kir" meaning wall. A Kiryah (Deuteronomy 2:36) was therefore a walled settlement. Palestinian Arab city Hebron was also known as Kiryat Arba (Genesis 25:26), Kiryat Chutsot (Numbers 22:39), Kiryat Yaarim (Joshua 15:9), We have Kiryat Sefer (Joshua 15:9),Kiryat Baal (Joshua 18:14), the present day Kiryat Shemoneh, Jerusalem is referred to as Kiryah Emunah (Isaiah 1:21, 26) i.e. The Faithful City. The name Carthage is derived from the Punic word "Kir yat Chadasha" i.e. new city, and so on.
"Caer", "Kir" and "Kir yah" sound more likely to be interchangeable that "Castra" and "Caer" do.
A lot of names amongst the Celts of the British Isles sound similar to Hebrew/Arab ones. Many words are of Hebrew/Arab origin or at least very similar to Hebrew/Arab in sound and meaning. It is widely agreed that the linguistic substratum is of Hamito-Semitic origin the same as Arab/Hebraic (Hebride)". So, the article should include these words, "Caer" - as in "Caer Troia" is a corruption of the Punic word "Qir•yâṯ" or "Qir•yâth (Kir·yat)..." which means "a walled town" or "town" -- as in Kir yat Ar•ba, Kir•yat Ya•arim, Kir•yat Shamona, Kir•yat Sefer and Jerusalem e.g.,. Also, the Punic (Phoenicians) were a confederation of the Arabs (Hebrews) of the Kingdom of Israel, Kingdom of Jude and Edom, who travelled westward from Syria Greater by ships to discover and plant settlements in Italy, Sardinia, Ebusus, Malta, Corsica, Africa (North Africa), Morocco (America) and Sahara (Afrika), Canaries, France, Hispania (Iberia) and British Isles, where they got tin. They were well known for the invention of the Alphabet system.
(Note: I ain't citing things from 1 source, neither do I believe that 1 source is fully accurate as was evidenced by Ensign-message web, where a preacher's article disagrees with my views about "Doctor Brains" and Virtual Reality)

Aryans
"Aryan" or "Iran" is a Greek neutral form of "Ar•yâ(h)" or "Ari" - a derivat of Punic word "AR YA" -- as in "Ar•yâ(h) Yehûḏâh/Ar•yêh Jehûda (אריה יהודה)" or "Lion of Jude" where the Contraction/Abbreviation of Jude is JU or JEW. Therefore, the word אריה יהודה can mean "Aryan of Judah" - "Iran of Judaea" as 200,000 Judahites were resettled in Persia (7th century BCE). So, Aryans (Iranians) were the Arabs of Israel and Judah and not of Japheth. The web below states that "Iran" was named after Eran (Numbers 26:36) - sub of Ephraim (Israel, Syro-Palestina) as the Bible talks about the mixture of Israelists and Judahites (Jews) in Assyria, Habor, Babylonia, Media, Persia and Khorasan till the Hindu. .

Suggestion for article Judaism, American Jews and History of the Jews in Tunisia
Remove the word "Samaritans". The 'Samaritans' are not considered a Judaism by Halakha but worse than a Catholic ("Gentile"). 142.114.232.94 (talk) 20:56, 20 December 2024 (UTC) The Article American Jews has very small errors, that is in the sub "origins", which states, "It is possible that some Jews fled to North Africa after the destruction of the First Temple in the sixth century BCE or the It is also possible that they arrived on Phoenicia's boats (1500 BCE - 539 BCE)." The Word "Jews" here is used in the Biblical fashion. So, it has to be replaced by "Judahite(s)", a word in base-6 gematria equal to "Ben-Gvir", "Judaism", "Hexagram", "Christ", "Troy", "Trojan", "Hispania", "Moslem" and "Briton". A lot of people tend to separate JUDAISM from TRIBE OF JUDAH or JUDAH'S KINGDOM but Josephus used the word to describe the act of Judah.
Also, the article History of the Jews in Tunisia undermines the biblical idea that Israelites and Judahites settled in Tunisia or Afrika before 587 BCE at the time of Solomon because the Galilean king Ahiram's trade with Solomon shipped goods and services to move west from Syria to Cyprus, Southern Greece, Sardinia, Sicily, Afrika (North Afrika), France, Hispania, Balearics, Canaries, and Britain! Also, why does the article say "two thousand years of Judaism in Tunisia"? It's not two thousand, but three thousand years (three millenia). Both Tunisia and Tunis are named after Tinnith - Punic Religion.
The sub "Antiquity" must say,
One of the founding legends of the Judaeans of Djerba, transcribed for the first time in 1849, relates that the Kohens would have settled in present-day Tunisia after the destruction of the Solomon's Temple by the Emperor Nebuchadnezzar II in 586 BC; They would have carried away a vestige of the destroyed Temple, preserved in the El Ghriba synagogue in Djerba, and would have made it a place of pilgrimage and veneration to the present day. |
.
Also,
However, if these hypotheses were verified, it is probable that Israelists and Judahites were assimilated to the Punic-Edomite people and sacrificed to Tanit, e.g.. Thereafter, Judahites of Alexandria] or Cyrene could have settled in Carthage following the Hellenization of the eastern Mediterranean Basin. The cultural context allowed them to practice Judaism more in keeping with ancestral traditions. Small Judaean communities existed in the later days of Punic domination over North Africa, without it being possible to say whether they developed or disappeared later. Judahites have in any case settled in Ifrikiyyeh, enjoying the favors of Julius Caesar. The latter, in recognition of the support of King Antipater in his struggle against Pompey, recognized Judaism and the status of Religio licita, and according to Josephus granted Judaeans a privileged status confirmed by the Magna Charta pro Judaeis under the Roman Empire. These Judahites were joined by Judaean pilgrims, expelled from Rome for proselytizin, 20 by a number of defeated in the First Judaean–Roman War, deported and resold as slaves in North Afrika (Afrika), and also by Judaeans fleeing the repression of revolts in Cyrenaica and Judea under the reigns of the emperors Domitian, Trajan, and Hadrian. According to Josephus, the Romans deported 30,000 Judaeans to Carthage from Judea after the First Judaean-Roman war. It is very likely that these Judaeans founded communities in Ifrikiyyeh.
A tradition among the descendants of the proto-Judahite settlers was that their ancestors settled in Afrika long before the destruction of the First Temple in the 6th century BCE. The ruins of an ancient synagog dating back to the 3rd–5th century CE was discovered by the French captain Ernest De Prudhomme in his Hammam-Lif residence in 1883 called in Latin as sancta synagoga naronitana ("holy synagog of Naro"). After the fall of the Second Temple, many Judahites and "the Jews" settled in Tunisia and engaged in agriculture, cattle-raising, and trade. They were divided into clans governed by their respective heads (mokdem), and had to pay the Romans a capitation tax of 2 shekels. |
.
The Difference between "Judahite" and "Judaean" is that "Judahite" meant "a of the Tribe of Judah or Kingdom Jude", while "Judaean" meant "a of Judea, regardless of (sub) clan, culture, genetics, ethnicity, wealth OR religion.." and was the merge of Judah with Edom and Palestine (?) - not West Bank. The sub "Under Roman Rule" must be changed to: "The first documents attesting to the presence of Judah in Tunisia date from the 1st century. Tertullian describes Judahite communities alongside which Pagan Judahites of Punic, Roman and Berber origin and, initially Christian ones; The success of Judahite proselytism led pagan authorities to take legal measures, while Tertullian wrote a pamphlet against Judaism at the same time. On the other hand, the Talmud mention the existence of several Carthaginian rabbis". Today's Israeli Jewish People do NOT convert people of other religions to Judaism , but the Judahites of Tunisia converted the non-Judahites of Tunisia to Judaism (do Judaise others)".
And another part of it must have the link to article Jews removed from it:
As elsewhere in the Roman Empire, the Jews of Roman Africa were romanized after hundreds of years of subjection and would have adopted Latinized names, worn togas, and spoken Latin. |
Then, it should be rather
As elsewhere in Roma, the Judahites of Ifrikiyyeh were Romanized after hundreds of years of subjection and would have adopted Latinized names, worn togas, and spoken Latin. |
Suggestion for article Judaism in pre-Islamic Arabia, Yemenite Jews, History of the Jews in Cyprus, History of the Jews in Italy and Sephardic Jews

Contrary to modern assertion, the Northern Hijaz is part, rather a dependancy of Kingdom of Judah - the BIBLICAL Israel's successor. Also, the section "Communication with Non-Peninsular Jews" says:
These communication routes may have also transferred rabbinic and other Jewish teachings. In addition, evidence from the Talmud and the Syriac Book of the Himyarites shows that members of priestly tribes known as Cohanim originating from the Land of Israel were active in the Himyarite Kingdom. 142.114.232.94 (talk). |
Also the article, History of the Jews in Cyprus needs to be improved because a quote, relative to the New Testament is mistranslated such that people think that New Testament is not the word of YHWH. That quote is:
The Jews lived well in Cyprus during Roman rule. Christianity was preached to the Jews in Cyprus at an early date, with St Paul being the first and the Apostle Barnabas (a native of Cyprus) the second. They attempted to convert the Jews to Christianity. Aristobulus of Britannia, the first bishop of Britain, was the brother of Barnabas. |

The Changed quote must be rather:

Christianity was preached to Judahites and non-Judahites in Cyprus at an early date, with St Paul being the first and the Apostle Barnabas (a native of Cyprus) the second. They attempted to convert the Jews and Judahites to Christianity. Aristobulus of Britannia, the first bishop of Britain, was the brother of Barnabas. |
Also, the fact that Aristobulus of Britannia was the Brother of Paul and Barnabas proves that Cyprus had trade relations with British Isles --- thanks to the Phoenicians! Their ships reached British Isles from Hispania, which in turn got their machines from Afrika, Gaul, Sardinia and Sicily, Southern Greece, where they came from Syria the Great. Paul was not a wolf in sheep's clothing, but an apostle of Jehovah... The Jews are not the children of Yahweh.
Also, the quote in the History of the Jews in Italy,
Most certainly, it is known that in 139 BCE, Simon Maccabeus sent a Hasmonean embassy to Rome in order to strengthen his alliance with the Roman Republic against the Hellenistic Seleucid kingdom. The ambassadors received a cordial welcome from their coreligionists already established in Rome.
Large numbers of Jews even lived in Rome during the late Roman Republican period (from around 150 BC). They were largely Greek-speaking and poor. As Rome had increasing contact with and military/trade dealings with the Greek-speaking Levant, during the 2nd and 1st centuries BCE, many Greeks, as well as Jews, came to Rome as merchants or were brought there as slaves. The Romans appear to have viewed the Jews as followers of peculiar, backward religious customs, but antisemitism as it would come to be in the Christian and Islamic worlds did not exist (see Anti-Judaism in the pre-Christian Roman Empire). Despite their disdain, the Romans did recognize and respect the antiquity of the Jews' religion and the fame of their Temple in Jerusalem (Herod's Temple). Many Romans did not know much about Judaism, including the emperor Augustus who, according to his biographer Suetonius, thought that Jews fasted on the sabbath. Julius Caesar was known as a great friend to the Jews, and they were among the first to mourn his assassination. |

Also, the article Sephardic Jews and specifically, section "etymology" must say:
The location of Sepharad points to the Sparta and, later on, part of Iberia (Arabia), then one of the westernmost outposts of Phoenicia's maritime trade. Judahite presence in Iberia is believed to have started during the reign of King Solomon, whose excise imposed taxes on Iberian exiles. Although the first date of arrival of Judahites in Iberia is the subject of ongoing archaeological research, there is evidence of established Judahite communities as early as the 1st century CE. |
.
Also, the section "History" and its sub "Early history" must say:
The earliest significant Judahite presence in Iberia is typically traced back to the Roman period, during the first centuries CE. Evidence includes an amphora discovered in Ebessus, stamped with two Hebrew letters in relief, indicating possible trade between Judah and the Balearics in the first century. Additionally, Epistle to the Romans records Paul's intent to visit Hispania, hinting at a Judahite community in the region during the mid-first century CE. Josephus writes that Herod Antipas was deposed and exiled to Hispania, possibly to Lugdunum Convenarum, in 39 CE |
.
The very same section must also say:
Legends, both ancient & medieval often traced the arrival of Judaism in Hispania to the Solomon's Temple period, with many associating Biblical Tarshish with Tartessus and stating that Judahite traders were active in Hispania durin Phoenician/Carthaginian eras. One such legend from the 16th century claimed that a funeral inscription in Murviedro belonged to Adoniram, a commander of King Solomon, who had died in Hispania while collecting tribute. Another legend spoke of a letter sent by the Judahites of Toledo to Judah in 30 CE, asking to prevent the crucifixion of Jesus. They established the fact that Judaism was established in Hispania before the Roman period and to absolve them of any responsibility for the death of Jesus, a charge often leveled at their relatives in later centuries. |
Tarshish is not just Japanese, but a Benjamite too because the Bible states that "Japheth shall dwell in the tents of Shem... - Genesis 9:27", so it is no coincidence that a Benjamite would be named after a descendant of Japheth as the Bible repeatedly records time-and-time again where Shem's grand grand-descendants cooperated with Japheth's. Also, both Tarshish named Tartessus. According to the christiananswers.net, there is no doubt that the Tarshish is located in Western Iberia or North Africa. The Historian Tacitus agreed. The Judahites were the natives of Ifrikiyyeh once they were driven out of Egypt and Palestinian State. There is proven evidence that a funeral inscription in Murviedro was out of Adoniram, Solomon's commando who died in Hispania and British Isles before 587 BCE or the 1st century.

Also, the article Yemenite Jews reflects bias in its "tradition" sub, which says:
Tradition:
There are numerous accounts and traditions concerning the arrival of Jews in various regions in Southern Arabia. One tradition suggests that King Solomon sent Jews merchant marines to Yemen to prospect for gold and silver with which to adorn his Temple in Jerusalem. In 1881, the French vice consulate in Yemen wrote to the leaders of the Alliance (the Alliance Israelite Universelle) in France, that he read in a book by the Arab historian Abu-Alfada that the Jews of Yemen settled in the area in 1451 BCE. When the ARAB historian Abu-Alfada said "Jews of Yemen settled in the area in 1451 BCE", he was not exaggerating, neither a fraud, but meant "Judahites of Yemen settled in the area in 1451 BCE.." No "jewish religion" at the time, but Clan of Jude. |

Bettering
The History of the Jews in Sri Lanka is rife with errors. E.g., When the word "Jew" or "Jewish" was used in a Biblical manner, they should've used "Judahite" so as to remind the reader that JUDAHITE communities of Sri Lanka were not just linked to JUDAHITE communities of the Yemen or Yemen country, which were established due to Israel-Sheba trade via the Hejaz.
So, the "ancient history" sub must say:
Judahites have had a presence on the island nation since at least the 9th century BCE or even earlier. Sri Lanka was already known to Judaeans of Kerala as early as the 3rd century BC. South Arabian Judahite (South Arab-Judaean) traders used to visit Sri Lanka for trade. |
Alongside this, It must be:
It has also been said that Kingdom of Judah's links with Sri Lanka could go back thousands of years. The city of Galle in southern Sri Lanka was said to be the biblical Tarshish where King Solomon, in 1000 BCE, once shipped elephants, apes, peacocks, jewels and spices. Cinnamon was exported from 1500 BCE. |
