In his constituency (where I grew up) and in Westminster politics in the late 1990s I recall him always being known as "Sir Archibald Hamilton". - Having said that, though... Google UK gives 20 hits for "Archibald Hamilton MP", but 71 for "Archie Hamilton MP". I'm surprised by the comment above, as I've certainly heard "Archie" much more than "Archibald". Loganberry 01:28, 12 May 2005 (UTC)
