Gabbar Singh, played by the late Amjad Khan, is the famous villain of the 1975 Bollywood blockbuster film Sholay (Flames). It is arguably the most cited & memorable role in India film history. His dialogue "Tera Kya hoga re Kalia?" ("What will happen to you, Kalia?") and "Jo dar gaya samjho mar gaya" are considered two of the most famous lines of any Indian movie, often quoted by young Hindi speakers to make light of potentially serious situations of resembling to Russian roulette.
