Re:Comment to User:Ragib

plz don't change anything on current article . We , Burmese Rohingya have very much concern about this article. We, Free Rohingya Campaign going to write a objection letter to the webmaster since you're not Burmese Rohingya. Btw, Let me clear one thing , we are not bengali people ok!

Regards,

kunyia

Please go ahead and "write" a letter to the webmaster. And try to grasp the wiki idea, anyone can edit articles, and I have removed copyvio text from the article, you are always free to contribute your own. Besides, I do not go for or against your ideology. And finally, could you use edit history to see if I have inserted the link to Bengali people there? Keep the article structured and non-copyvio. Thanks. --Ragib 18:29, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Upon further inspection, I find that it was YOU who inserted the line See Diff here. The line was clearly copied from a website, as evidenced by the presence of html div tags. That is not the way to write an article, no matter what your intention is. I may sympathize with your cause, but wikipedia is not a bulletin board where you post links to your sites, or copy content from elsewhere. Please rewrite with original content. Thanks. --Ragib 18:35, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Ragib, If you don't know anything .. just keep away from it.. Just let you know that I'm a one of the main contributor for Rohingya Times Web Site ?? So what's the problem..

You can also Visit my website 1. Free Rohingya Campaign
you can see those articles in Who's Rohingya Section.

Regards,
kunyia

If you are the original author of the content, feel free to re-insert those here. But please do not comment with "if you do not know anything" attitude. I come from Chittagong which has historically been part of Arakan at times. Many people of Rohingya origin came to parts of chittagong division in early 1990s to flee persecution from the Burmese army. And there are ample resources on the web to get enlightened in any matter, right? All I am saying is that Misplaced Pages is not a blog or a website, it is an encyclopedia. So do not tell me to keep away from any article on wikipedia, you really can't do so here. I want to tell you again that I am not against NPOV content you put there, that is fine with me, but do not copy blogs, which are more likely to be POV, or make the article look like a blog. Keep it clean. And do not deny the link to Bengal, see Alaol (and also ) and check out refernces to Quarishi Magan Thakur, prime minister and poet at the Arakan durbar. Finally, do not start in the wrong foot here, I am interested in working to make the article better. Thanks. --Ragib 18:57, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Rajib,

Why are you so concern with Rohingya? As loong as i know that you edited our community info without notify anyone and you deleled the link of MAGH .. why??? if you are coming from good enviroment , you should contact me at least .. As a result , you are disturbing our community affairs and start annoying me ..

So better realize who you are ??? I'm copy or paste or whatever ,i'm doing in my bondary .. so .. none of business! so better think twice if you wanna do smth., you can do it whatever in your bengali wiki

best wishes ,

This is not "Your" community page, this is an encyclopedia. I edited the article so that it doesn't get voted for deletion due to poor content and unstructured nature, and the look-and-feel of a blog. Copying and pasting from other websites without explicit copyright permission under GFDL is not allowed in wikipedia. I do edit a lot of articles on Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Asia in general. Please have "Community affairs" elsewhere and work hard on making "Rohingya" a good article. Finally, in wikipedia you should start articles with full understanding that people would edit them and reword/remove unstructured items, copyvio text etc. I am sorry you are picking a fight for nothing here, I do want this article to express the plight of the Rohingya people, but your way of copying/pasting content, dislike of others copy-editing the article, is plainly not the way wikipedia works. Thanks. --Ragib 20:25, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)

thanks for nice behaviour !Mr.MAGH — Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.138.47.20 (talkcontribs) June 19 15:04 (UTC)

Please update your knowledge of ethnological identities, and also please be civil about discussion. Thanks. --Ragib 21:19, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)

why you delete MAGH ??? be shame on you MR. MAGH — Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.138.47.13 (talkcontribs) June 19 15:23 (UTC)

Where exactly did I "delete" magh? Please provide a reference to history of Rohingya because, simply put, I do not find it there. And please sign your comments at least. --Ragib 21:32, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)

find yourself in History ,Mr. MAGH

Ok, whoever is keen on removing all their comments from the article to make my comments seem out of context, please do not remove comments. Whatever comment was there, it is not good to blank talk pages. Thanks. --Ragib 08:20, 23 Jun 2005 (UTC)
