Jeff has been editing again using the IP addresses http://en.wikipedia.org/Special:Contributions/166.70.238.45 and http://en.wikipedia.org/Special:Contributions/166.70.238.44 (and possibly others) He appears to have the netblock: 166.70.238.40/29. This is a violation of his 1-year ban from July 2007.
A traceroute to these IP addresses ends with:
