are the external links here all necessary?

I would suggest moving the external links to more specific pages, rather than linking to every official prime ministerial page in the world from this one. For example, move http://www.premier-ministre.gouv.fr/en/ from here to Prime Minister of France; move http://eng.forsaetisraduneyti.is/ from here to Prime Minister of Iceland; and so on.
