She holds a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Franklin and Marshall College.
In two books and on her web site, "Truth be Known", she contends that Jesus is a fictional person, and a plagiarised pagan myth stolen by the Early Christian Church, created with the goal of unifying the Roman State. This thesis is outlined in her web site and expanded in her books. In The Christ Conspiracy: The Greatest Story Ever Sold, she expanded the arguments of her web site. In Suns of God: Krishna, Buddha and Christ Unveiled, she uses parallels to the story of Jesus in the Hindu story of Krishna, and the Buddhist story of Buddha (Siddhartha Gautama) to argue that the Jesus story is fictional.
