Ainslie Henderson was born on the 28th of January 1979 in Edinburgh, but was raised in Denholm near Hawick in the Scottish Borders. He was a contestant in BBC's Fame Academy and came in fourth place. After Fame Academy he released a single Keep Me A Secret which entered the UK charts at number 5. Now he is in a band called The Last September with his friend Pete Deane who was in another band with Ainslie called Suburbia.
