You have been blocked from editing for a period of 31 hours in accordance with Misplaced Pages's blocking policy for engaging in an edit war at Istanbul. Please be more careful to discuss controversial changes or seek dispute resolution rather than engaging in an edit war. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. Shell 02:02, 21 June 2009 (UTC)
I actually opened a discussion topic about the issue at Talk:Istanbul but User:El Greco didn't even bother to answer. He keeps misinterpreting a Misplaced Pages rule for his own ends. Let us all delete whatever we want then, saying "it's WP policy." Jarvis76 (talk) 04:14, 21 June 2009 (UTC)

Welcome to Misplaced Pages. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, you may not know that Misplaced Pages has a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Using different styles throughout the encyclopedia, as you did in Istanbul, makes it harder to read. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. El Greco 23:16, 24 June 2009 (UTC)

Thanks, but I'm already experienced with the Misplaced Pages of other languages, and I often disagree with your "personal (mis)interpretations" of the Misplaced Pages rules for your own ends. Jarvis76 (talk) 23:37, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
