Mary Willa "Mamie" Gummer (born August 3, 1983) is an American actress.

Gummer is the daughter of Academy Award-winning actress Meryl Streep and sculptor Don Gummer. She has been nicknamed "Mamie" since she was a little girl. She grew up in Los Angeles and Connecticut, older brother Henry and younger sisters Grace and Louisa.

As a young child, she appeared with her mother in Heartburn, and her sister Grace starred in House of the Spirits with her mother as a younger Clara Truebas. She attended Miss Porter's School and graduated from the Kent School in Kent CT and continued her studies in theater and communications at Northwestern University, graduating in 2005. Later that year, she made her off-Broadway debut alongside Michael C. Hall in the premiere of Noah Haidle's Mr. Marmalade, for which she won a Theatre World Award. In 2007, she received a Lucille Lortel Award nomination for her performance in Theresa Rebeck's The Water's Edge.

The actress made her adult motion picture debut with a minor role in Lasse Hallström's The Hoax, starring Richard Gere, Marcia Gay Harden and Hope Davis. In 2007, Gummer starred with her mother in Michael Cunningham's film adaptation of Susan Minot's novel Evening, playing a younger version of her mother's character. The film, directed by Academy Award-nominee Lajos Koltai, featured an all-star cast, also including Vanessa Redgrave, Natasha Richardson, Toni Collette, Glenn Close, and Claire Danes.

Gummer portrays Sally Adams in the 2008 HBO mini series John Adams which details the life of the second President of the United States. The actress recently made her Broadway debut in the Tony Award-winning revival of Les Liaisons Dangereuses for which she received very good reviews. She also gueststarried on the Good Wife.

Mamie is engaged to actor Ben Walker.
