Conrad Lawrence Goode (born January 9, 1962) is an American actor and former American football offensive lineman in the National Football League for the New York Giants and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Goode was born in Columbia, Missouri and attended Parkway Central High School. With a height of almost 6' 6" and a weight of 285 pounds, he played college football at the University of Missouri and was drafted by the Giants in the fourth round of the 1984 NFL Draft. Goode is the stepson of former St. Louis Cardinals football great Irv Goode and the son of former Mizzou All-American Conrad Hitchler. He would later became an actor, appearing in films such as The Longest Yard, Don't Say A Word, Anger Management, and Con Air. He also made an appearance on Saturday Night Live in 1989. He is a screenwriter, published poet, painter and musician. He also had a role on the CW hitshow One Tree Hill, playing the partner to loanshark Daunte Jones.
