Welcome!

Hello, MToolen, Welcome to Misplaced Pages!
I hope you like working here and want to continue. If you need help on how to name new articles, look at Naming Conventions, and for help on formatting the pages visit the Manual of Style. If you need general help, look at Help and the FAQ, and if you can't find your answer there, check the Village pump (for Misplaced Pages related questions) or the Reference Desk (for general questions). There's still more help at the Tutorial and the Policy Library. Also, don't forget to visit the Community Portal — and if you have any more questions after that, feel free to post them on my New-Users' Talk Page.

Alto Saxophone

I just wanted to let you know, in case you don't have Alto saxophone on your watchlist that I fixed the broken image link on that page and added a bit more information while I was at it. --Jemiller226 18:47, 24 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Hello

I saw your redirection from Blue bull to Nilgai - basically that was ok. However, while making such redirections, please ensure to preserve the contents of redirected article by merging the same with the contents of redirected page, except the duplicate materials. Thanks. I wish you a happy New Year, and a more active presence here in the new year. --Bhadani 07:11, 27 December 2005 (UTC)

Come and vote your mind

Dear Christian friend,

I saw you on the list of Christian Wikipedians and wanted to let you know about something. The other day, someone nominated 12 Christian biography entries for deletion! They include a Christian university list of people (not unlike 68 other lists like it), presidents of universities, and authors of many books.

Since that time, people have been voting. Please take this message as a call to vote; not a call to vote a certain way. I respect you and your ability to come, read the entry, and make a wise decision. In other words, I’m not vote stacking or campaigning; simply letting you know something that you’d probably like to know.

By the way, my friend recently started an organization called Wiki4Christ. If you’d like to join a network of Christians with a purpose on Misplaced Pages, please see the site!

Below are some of the links that need attention. Thanks for your consideration.

Trombone article

Hi.

I believe the flat symbol is possibly only viewable on Unicode systems. The code for the character is "& # 9 8 3 7 ;" (without the spaces or quotes - I've had to add them because otherwise you just get a ♭ symbol), which you can try out on your system in a program such as Microsoft Word to see if your system supports it. Just use the ALT + 9837 combination and check to see if a flat symbol comes up. Ed_Solomon 09:39, 20 February 2006 (UTC)

New Sports Wiki/Community

I noticed you were a Cardinals Fan (Pujols is the man!). My friends and I started a sports wiki/community that you may be interested in. It uses Misplaced Pages's software but we made a lot of technological improvements to allow for more news, opinion articles, and better integration of sports statistics. The site is located here: http://www.armchairgm.com. Check our baseball and Cardinals section its pretty cool:

When you get the chance, let me know what you think.

Thanks!
