Zelda Revolution is an upcoming video game in Nintendo's Legend of Zelda series, for the Nintendo Revolution. No specific information has yet been revealed about this game, other than it will be the continuement of The Legend of Zelda series on Nintendo's next-gen platform. This was announced at Nintendo's media briefing at 2005.

Twilight Princess?

This game has been mistaken at times for being The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, but it is not. Even though it has been confirmed that Twilight Princess will feature special enhancements when played on a Nintendo Revolution, it will be originally launched for play on the Nintendo GameCube. Zelda Revolution will be a brand-new game, solely developed for the Nintendo Revolution.

A different Zelda?

Shigeru Miyamoto has stated that Twilight Princess will be "without a doubt, the last Zelda game as you know it in its present form." This indicates that the Zelda series will receive a major overhaul with the Revolution and not just include different features or controls as Twilight Princess will.
