Renato Laranja is the pseudonym for a fictional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu celebrity played by actor Rhasaan Orange. Renato is credited (among other things) for achieving his black belt at 12 years of age and being a 27-time Mundial champion, effectively giving him more wins than the existence of the event.
Rhasaan, best known for his Days of our Lives fame, is an actual student under 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu founder Eddie Bravo, and reportedly began the "Renato Saga" as something of a joke which became a popular with fans of Bravo's YouTube channel.
