GURPS Autoduel is the GURPS-based RPG Car Wars book, richly detailing the world. Among the "bad news" of Autoduel is the fact that oil reserves are almost gone. The really bad news includes the fact that a widespread Grain Blight hit the world (making real beer harder to get than gasoline).
