Hercules: The Thracian Wars is an upcoming American film directed by Brett Ratner and starring Dwayne Johnson. It is set to be released on August 8, 2014. The film also stars Aksel Hennie, Rufus Sewell, Ian McShane, Reece Ritchie, Ingrid Bolsø Berdal, Joseph Fiennes, and John Hurt.

Plot

When the King of Thrace hires Hercules to train his army into a squadron of lethal killing machines, he is happy to take the job. But when the army begin to attack innocent men, women, and children in their conquest of Greece, Hercules begins to think twice.
