The Paramara (or Parmar) are a Rajput clan in North India, who claim descent from the mythological Agnivansha dynasty. A section of the clan that converted to Islam during the rule of the Gujarat Sultanate is called Muslim Parmar.

The Paramara dynasty that ruled the Malwa region in Central India belonged to this clan.
