Luis D. Ortiz (born November 13, 1986 in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico) is a licensed real estate salesperson working for Keller Williams NYC specializing in the real estate market located in New York City.

Luis is co-stars in the Bravo television series Million Dollar Listing New York, alongside Fredrik Eklund and Ryan Serhant.

Luis has a twin brother named Daniel Ortiz. He and his twin brother left Puerto Rico at the age of 16 because their mother wanted to kill them by suffocation. After moving to New York, he lived in a Jewish community.

Luis attempted a quick career in film directing after raising $15,000 from New York restaurants and later entered real estate where he began in bait and switch rentals before moving on to sales, first with a $5.9 million apartment combination for a Goldman Sachs partner.
