Copyright violation?

Hi everyone,

I'm suspecting this edit of an IP that seems to have made only this contribution to be a copyright violation, as a Google search of a random sentence

"On the 20th October our friend, the beautiful Eileen Daly visited Mr DeWrays Recording Studio in Hampshire. Eileen laid down some backing vocals on the song "Bombers" and Nosferatu were interviewed and filmed for Eileen's New Television Series "Peek A Boo" which is being shown on Sky TV."

turns out to be also found on http://www.nosferatu.fsworld.co.uk/biography.htm and http://www.answers.com/topic/nosferatu-band. Of course, there's always the possibility of us being copied by them, but this is not very likely in this case, I'm afraid ... Anyway, the article in its current form is without question not suitable and hardly usable, as it seems to be pure advertising/self-description/fandom.

So, in conclusion, I take the liberty of reverting to the last unsuspected version. If anyone complains, show us your sources and we'll see ... -- marilyn.hanson 16:02, 16 November 2006 (UTC)

POV?

The last few sentences need to be reworded to reflect a neutral point of view per Misplaced Pages policies. Stating that a particular member "hijacked" the name of the group is hardly objective. B.Wind 23:09, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
