RoniA20 responded admitting to being the IP and was blocked for block evasion. Now the user is back socking with 132.64.215.145 (talk · contribs · WHOIS). Both IPs geolocate to Israel ( vs ). Sounds like a duck quacking into a megaphone to me. Original account has had their block upped to a month with a stern warning about to be put on their talk page that if they do this again then the next block will be indefinite.
