KPBI-CA is a Class-A low power television station in Fort Smith, Arkansas, broadcasting on channel 46 as an affiliate of the Fox network. The station is owned by Equity Broadcasting and is referred to on the air as Fox Arkansas. Like many Equity stations, KPBI-CA is controlled remotely via satellite from Equity's headquarters in Little Rock, Arkansas, and is relayed in encrypted form via the satellite Galaxy 10R (Ku-band transponder 21).

With the split of KFTA-TV and KNWA-TV scheduled for August 28, 2006, after which KFTA-TV is to become the Fox affiliate, it appears KPBI-CA's days as the Fox affiliate are numbered, even though Equity Broadcasting has challenged the sale of KFTA-TV with the FCC. Equity has announced that if KFTA-TV assumes the Fox affiliation on August 28 (which is likely), KPBI-CA will join My Network TV alongside its sister station KFDF-CA (currently UPN).
