Paracetamoxyfrusebendroneomycin is a fictional drug created by Amateur Transplants for their album Fitness to Practice in which a song of the same title tells of all the positives and negatives of such a drug. It parodies Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious from Walt Disney's Mary Poppins, and is about a fictional new drug from "SmaxoGlithKline" which acts as an all-purpose medicine for any condition, with some lamentable side effects, which are blamed on it being "fucking cheap" and the state of the NHS.

The song itself has been a big hit thanks to the publicity generated by cult phenomenon and member of the same album London Underground which spread rapidly throughout the UK. While the lyrics of both songs are dotted with profanity, the songs in the album have not raised significant opposition, merely a parental advisory that is often ignored.
