Carousel (sometimes also "dance", «helicopter», «cruise» and etc.) — method to influence the result of the vote, associated with bribery of voters.

Description of the method

The essence of the "carousel" is to transfer to the voter before entering the polling station has filled the ballot paper, that the voter should put it in the ballot box, and the new, clean ballot to make and trade organizer "carousel" for money or other material values.Clean ballot filled and given to the next voter.

With this method, the culmination of bribery (the transfer of material assets) occurs after the actual fact of voting, than this method is fundamentally different from most other, except for the method of "photographing bulletin".

This method of bribing voters actually known from the very beginning of the modern election history.
