"Who Knew" is a pop–rock song recorded by P!nk. It was written by Luke Gottwald, Max Martin and P!nk for her fourth studio album I'm Not Dead (2006). P!nk has stated that "Who Knew" is about the hardship of losing friends to drug overdoses and related situations.
The song was released as the album's second single in 2006 (see 2006 in music) and was popular in Australia and across Europe, where it generally reached the top twenty. Elsewhere in the world "Who Knew" was less successful; it did not enter the Canadian Singles Chart and the U.S.Hot 100. The song climbed to the Argentine top twenty.

Music video
The song's music video was directed by Dragon and filmed in Los Angeles, United States. Its story is told on a fairground and reflects the dark, emotive lyrics conveyed in the track. The video was released to the internet and to UK music channels in early May 2006. In the U.S. the video was released on Total Request Live on May 22. The song has also reached number one on MTV Germany's Top 10. "Who Knew," which is already shaping up to be a radio smash, reveals a different shade of P!nk to the sassy and controversial "Stupid Girls". "Who Knew" tackles the sensitive issue of losing a loved one to drug abuse.
