If you want to leave a message, please do it at the bottom, as a new section, for better formatting. You can do that by simply pressing the plus sign (+) or "new section" on the top of this page. And don't forget to sign your messages with four tildes, like this: ~~~~
Attention: I prefer to keep discussions unfragmented. If you leave a comment for me here, I will most likely respond to it on this same page—my talk page—as an effort to keep the entire conversation in one place. By the same token, if I leave a comment on your talk page, please respond to it there. Remember, we can use our watchlist and topic subscriptions to keep track of when responses are made. At the same time, feel free to send an alert to me on this page about a comment you have left elsewhere.
Thank you!
Your edits
Edits like this are considered disruptive, especially when immediately followed up by a self-revert. Please do not do that in the future. Primefac (talk) 16:35, 9 August 2018 (UTC)
- Sorry, I won't do it in future. I went to the talk page to discuss it. I won't edit it again unless there is strong talk page consensus to mention the windmills in lead. Thank you for your concern. JC7V-constructive zone 20:12, 9 August 2018 (UTC)
Incomplete DYK nomination
Hello! Your submission of Template:Did you know nominations/History of the Jews in Alaska at the Did You Know nominations page is not complete; if you would like to continue, please link the nomination to the nominations page as described in step 3 of the nomination procedure. If you do not want to continue with the nomination, tag the nomination page with {{db-g7}}, or ask a DYK admin. Thank you. DYKHousekeepingBot (talk) 06:52, 10 August 2018 (UTC)
- Thank you DYK bot, I fixed it now. To the bot operator, have a great day. JC7V-constructive zone 15:00, 10 August 2018 (UTC)
Drafts
I don't think it's really good practice to move your own drafts to mainspace. Since you can write in mainspace, the best way of keeping incomplete articles fro over-hasty deletion. is to use the "underconstruction" template if you can finish them within a day or two. DGG ( talk ) 23:08, 13 August 2018 (UTC)
- Hi DGG. Thank you for the advice. I never knew about that under construction template. I think that AFC submissions are a good route for me to go in my future article creations since I feel that AFC reviewers can give me feedback and point me to specific areas of my articles that I need to work on. So I'll probably go the AFC route. JC7V-constructive zone 23:43, 13 August 2018 (UTC)
deleted page

I did not feel like continuing to edit my draft with the reviews I was getting. I requested deletion so it would not waste anyone else's time. Was basically told my work was not good enough (that's fine by the way). --Forlornhope15 (talk) 02:51, 15 August 2018 (UTC)
- I replied on your talk page. I briefly considered wikifying your draft and submitting it with proper sourcing (I am in the Draft rescue squadron), but I decided your draft wasn't suitable for this site so I put the CSD tag back. I left you advice on your talk page. If you don't agree with it, checkout the Teahouse or Help Desk. Thanks JC7V-constructive zone 02:53, 15 August 2018 (UTC)

Welcome to Misplaced Pages. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to The Lost World: Jurassic Park, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Misplaced Pages's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. CHRISSYMAD ❯❯❯¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 17:07, 15 August 2018 (UTC)
Not a vandal
2601:2C0:4780:458F:B04C:17ED:F8D:4015 (talk) 01:51, 17 August 2018 (UTC)
- @2601:2C0:4780:458F:B04C:17ED:F8D:4015 Well your reason has to be better for removing referenced content. It just didn't meet the site's guidelines for WP:Bold. And I didn't call you a 'vandal' I warned you about blanking in the manner that you did. JC7V-constructive zone 02:41, 17 August 2018 (UTC)
Hey
Hi, thanks a lot for helping me. Can you please clearly explain me when to give which warning to a user? Knightrises10 (talk) 15:56, 19 August 2018 (UTC)
- @Knightrises10: check out User_talk_namespace warnings page for all the links and when to use them. If you just reverted an edit and you don't know which warning to give, ask me here. Thanks JC7V-constructive zone 17:18, 19 August 2018 (UTC)
- Wouldn't it be better to use twinkle? Knightrises10 (talk) 18:03, 19 August 2018 (UTC)
- @Knightrises10: Yes it would, I was just giving you a link to a list of all of the warning that Twinkle uses so you don't miss any. JC7V-constructive zone 18:05, 19 August 2018 (UTC)
