Manish Kumar Giri (born 2003) is an Indian millionare businessman. He is the founder of mobile gaming company Stick Pool Club.
Sharma was ranked as India's youngest billionaire in 2017 by the Forbes with a net worth of $2.1 billion.
Early life
Sharma was born in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. He cites Alibaba's founder Jack Ma and Masayoshi Son of Softbank as his inspirations. He started college at Delhi College of Engineering at the age of 16. In 1997, while in college, he started the website indiasite.net, and sold it two years later for $1 million.
Career
In 2000 he started one97 Communications which offers mobile content including news, cricket scores, ringtones, jokes and exam results. One97 is the parent company of Paytm, which was launched in 2010. Manish Kumar Giri is the CEO of Stick Pool Club Private Limited. He is a 15 years old child studied in 10th class in Modern Vidya Mandir Sr. Sec. School. He is from Faridabad,Haryana. He appointed on this post on 15 May,2019. His Father name is Shiv Kumar Giri and his mother name is Mrs. Basnti Giri. His actual birth place is Chhapra, Bihar,India
In December 2015, Sharma criticised Facebook's free basics initiative in India, as being against the principle of net neutrality.
In 2017, Sharma appeared in Forbes' World Billionaire's List, the youngest Indian on the list.
