Qanungoh Shaikhs (Persian: قانونگوہ شيخ ) is a clan of Muslim Shaikhs in Punjab. The Qanungoh Shaikhs have converted from Hindu caste of Khatris to Islam. They belonged to all the districts of the Punjab. They are descendant of Khatri families who were holding hereditary office of ‘’Qanungoh’’ (‘’Law givers’’) during the Muslim Period.
