Croatia will be competing at the 2020 Summer Paralympics in Tokyo, Japan, from 24 August to 5 September 2021.

Athletics

Three Croatian athlete (Ivan Katanusic, Miljenko Vucic, Matija Sloup & Mikela Ristoski) successfully to break through the qualifications for the 2020 Paralympics after breaking the qualification limit.

Boccia

Swimming

Three Croatian swimmer has successfully entered the paralympic slot after breaking the MQS.

Table Tennis

The Croatian table tennis player Andela Muzinic successfully get a slot through the World Ranking Allocation in Women's Single Class 3.

Taekwondo

Para taekwondo makes its debut appearance in the Paralympic programme, Ivan Mikulic (Men's K44 +75kg) qualified to compete at the 2020 Summer Paralympics via World Ranking Allocation.
