The person who performs an exchange of title between 2 people, often referred to as a Trust, except in 99.99% of trusts that created during the lifetime of its creator, the Trustee holds the legal Title while trustor is no longer responsible, and beneficiary does not own the title on legal standpoint, in which all 3 are recreated by the same individual.
