The person who performs an exchange of title between 2 people, often referred to as a Trust, except in trusts created during the lifetimes of their creators, the Trustee holds the legal Title while trustor is no longer responsible, and beneficiary does not own the title on legal standpoint, and in which all 3 are recreated by the same individual.
