MultiCultural Aotearoa (MCA) is an Anti-Nationalist group, that was formed in 2004 to provide a voice for Socialists, Anarchists & Zionists in New Zealand. It's main policies are to:

On October 23rd, 2004, the New Zealand National Front led a protest in the New Zealand capitol, Wellington, to voice their support for retaining the current New Zealand Flag. In response to the march, MCA led an 800-strong so-called "Anti-Racism" march to show their contempt for the National Front. The march led to violence, with up to 200 members of the MCA surrounding members of the National Front, which lead to a 2 hour standoff. Police decended on both groups, creating a seperation barrier. When the National Front tried to leave, 50 or so members of the MCA, along with several Anarchists & members of the International Socialist Organisation, some of whom carried weapons, attacked the National Front members, seriously wounding one, and injuring several others. The scuffles lead to 3 arrests.
