Citation Needed.
Under the heading Smart drugs and designer drugs paragraph 2 "Some nootropics are also now beginning to be used to treat medical conditions such as Parkinson's disease, and Alzheimer's disease. They are also commonly used to regain brain function lost during aging." Should be verified and is lacking a source, despite making a claim about nootropic usage.

- I removed those sentences as unsourced by a WP:MEDRS review. Last year, the FTC and FDA warned companies manufacturing supposed nootropics for false claims of benefit in people with neurological diseases. --Zefr (talk) 05:33, 8 February 2020 (UTC)
