The Charlotte High School (also known as the Punta Gorda High School) is a historic school in Punta Gorda, Florida, United States. It is located at 1250 Cooper Street. On December 12, 1990, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

On August 13, 2004, Hurricane Charley, a Category 4 hurricane hit the Punta Gorda area causing major damage to the high school. Despite the severe damage the three story building sustained, it was decided to try to save the historical landmark. It is set to be rebuilt within the next decade.
