Her famous final wish was "My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed". Many referred to this as meaning she did no want to be replaced until after the election. It was widely discussed and quoted. However, Ginsburg, a careful user of language, said she wanted to to be replaced by "a new president". That specifically meant she did not want her replacement to be nominated by Trump, even if he won. That is a big difference. If not worth mentioning, leave it alone. In any case, whether her wish was to be replaced after the election or after Trump was out of office is moot; neither interpretation was honored, so it seems pointless to discuss this in the article. Magidin (talk) 18:22, 11 May 2021 (UTC)
This template must be followed by a complete and specific description of the request, that is, specify what text should be removed and a verbatim copy of the text that should replace it. "Please change X" is not acceptable and will be rejected; the request must be of the form "please change X to Y".
The edit may be made by any autoconfirmed user. Remember to change the |answered=no parameter to "yes" when the request has been accepted, rejected or on hold awaiting user input.
