Originally released in 1990, the song has become one of Johnson's most popular pieces. It was one of the album's four vocal numbers, the other three being "Nothing Can Keep me From You", "High Landrons" and "Forty Mile Town".
Eric Johnson recorded the song in A flat major, in 4/4 time.
